Instructions:   Gift certificates must be redeemed toward the purchase of products listed in our online catalog and/or sold at our store in Bloomington, IN.

Exchange :   Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund :   Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance may be used towards future purchases by the recipient.

Lost/Damaged/Stolen:   If stolen or lost please notify us as soon as possible and we WILL replace the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificate cannot be replaced if used by an unauthorized person prior to your notification.

Expiration:    Our gift certificates do not expire.
