This web page was created and is maintained by Richard Lee, who taught Spanish in the Foreign Language Department of Bloomington High School North for 33 years. Mr. Lee has taught Spanish at IUPUI University in Indianapolis and is currently teaching at IVY TECH State College in Bloomington, IN. Mr. Lee also serves as a customer (patient/visitor) relations representative in the Emergency Room of Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana, the major trauma center for Central and Southern Indiana which serves an expanding Hispanic community as well as an English speaking clientele. The growing Hispanic population of Indianapolis in particular, and Indiana in general, has underlined the need for bilingual people in this and other areas of business and social services.
