1. If you pick up fish in bags, tanks, coolers or other means we have no way of knowing how the fish are handled, if they have proper oxygen or the quality of the water used to transport after they leave our possession. For these reasons we cannot replace any fish we do not deliver ourselves and place directly into your pond/lake.

2. Fish placed in tanks, outdoor pools, water gardens or anything that is not a dirt pond/lake stocked with the proper ratio of fish to surface acres. Normal ratio being less than 3,000 pounds of fish per surface acre with an average depth of 6 feet or more.

3. Special fish that are hard to transport such a fish over 1/2 in size, regular bluegills and crappie transported out of season (normal season being March, early April and November). Our primary business is fish under 1/2 pound, all fish bigger than this are considered special order and not guaranteed in any way from loss. This includes all sport fish, Amur and Koi.
