Falafel
Traditional mid-eastern chickpea patties.  Served with pita and tahini.

Kibbeh
Fresh ground meat mixed with cracked wheat and layered with meat, onions, pine nuts, then baked.  Served with yogurt sauce.

Grape Leaves
Stuffed with meat, rice and spices.  Served with yogurt.

Hummus and Pita
A spread made from mashed chickpeas, sesame seed oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Tabouli
Crushed wheat, parsley, green onion and tomato seasoned with salt, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper . Served with pita.

Combination Platter
A sampling of falafel, kibbeh, tabouli, grape leaves and hummus.  Served with pita.
