Lodging and Transportation
Lodging for overnight guests:
You will stay in your own room in the Cottage or a private 10' x 12' dwelling near the Nine Harmonies classroom and Wild Grace Cottage. Each dwelling has a bed, desk, chair, lamp, carpeted floor, heater, rv camper potty and locking door. Bathrooms with showers are in the main building, Wild Grace Cottage.
Dining takes place in the dining room at Wild Grace Cottage or on the large deck overlooking five acres of woods, weather permitting.
Our land has ponds, large hardwood trees, trails and clearings. We are nestled in 180 acres of state forest.
There is no telephone, no TV, and no wireless internet access at the Cottage, but calls can be made next door. All buildings are "no smoking, no pets" environments.
The above lodging arrangements are $35 per night for dwellings, $45 for Cottage rooms.
Other private lodging accommodations (not included in your tuition) are available in Brown County if you prefer motel, hotel or Bed and Breakfast rooms. You can arrange these by calling the Brown County Visitors Bureau at 812-988-7303 or 800-753-3255. They have a listing of all local lodging providers. If you prefer this lodging option, you will need to provide your own transportation to and from Nine Harmonies School, about a 15 minute drive from Nashville. Brown County is known for its beautiful hardwood forests, especially in October when the leaves are turning. Nashville is a quaint small town with many gift shops. Nearby is Bloomington, home of Indiana University.
Transportation
Indianapolis is the closest airport to Nashville and Nine Harmonies School.
